My name is Conor McAleese and I am a grandson of Daniel McAleese. Thank you for publishing this wonderful testimony from my Grandfather. Just a quick correction re Daniel’s family. He actually had 5 sons. The youngest son was called Thomas (Tommy). Unfortunately Tommy died tragically in 1965. Tommy himself, had one son who was also called Daniel after his grandfather. I would appreciate if you could make this correction as I want to forward this article to my cousin Daniel.
    Many thanks

    Conor

Hope your cousin will enjoy the article.
    Best wishes
