Just a quick note to say the annual commemoration is taking place at the Custom House Statue facing Beresford Place on Saturday May 25th starting at 12.50. As usual two wreaths will be laid. The first wreath is for the IRA men who fought and died and is being laid by John Dorins grand nephew of Volunteer Edward Dorins, killed in the battle. The second wreath, in memory of the four civilians who died, will be laid by Las Fallon, historian and supporter of the commemoration.

All welcome, non-affiliated, non political event.
